About this role
As a Restructuring advisor (Manager) – you will work on a diverse range of engagements, from providing strategic advice to corporates, Government and regulatory bodies, through to trade on insolvencies.
You will:
collaborate with our team and clients to develop and deliver tailored restructuring and insolvency strategies across a range of industriesmanage teams across multiple workstreamsmentor junior staff, with an emphasis on knowledge sharinganalyse financial information, identify issues and prepare recommendations for our clientsassist clients to evaluate and understand the performance and position of their businessproactively create and implement solutions that are as varied as the challenges our clients face; this may include selling assets and businesses, reorganising capital structures or trading on businesses. You will be a Professionally Qualified (Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant) with four to six years' experience in restructuring, consulting, audit or professional services more broadly.
You will have experience in restructuring and insolvency and demonstrate a desire to focus your skillset in this area.
