We are looking for an INTERNAL SALES AGENT (Real Estate) generate leads for the team.
This position will be structured as an independent contractor, paid on an appointment made basis; mentoring will be provided. The position is based in the Perimeter office location on Chamblee Dunwoody road.
Must be a licensed Georgia Real Estate AgentMust have 1-2yrs experience as an expert on closing salesMust have prior experience with outbound prospecting callsExperience with First Multiple Listing Service and CRM'sMust be a self - starterMust have advance communication skills in English both written & speakingCan work flexible hours Must know how to use business application software for example: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Online Application like Google Apps (Docs, calendar, etc.)Comfortable with or without script
