What You'll Do
The Project Executive serves as a senior leader and part-owner within the organization, providing strategic oversight and hands-on leadership across multiple projects. This role does not include direct reports, but instead focuses on visiting job sites to identify and resolve performance issues related to safety, productivity, and quality. The Project Executive plays a key role in aligning field operations with company goals, ensuring projects meet high standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Serve as a senior leader and representative of company ownership across active job sitesIdentify and address field-level challenges related to safety, productivity, and qualityProvide strategic input on project planning and operational execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectationsCollaborate with project managers and field teams to improve performance and remove barriers to successDevelop and monitor performance metrics and ensure accountability to project goalsEngage directly with clients and stakeholders to build trust and address emerging concernsReview project documentation and assess progress in the fieldSupport budgeting decisions and project spending approvals at the executive levelPartner with senior leadership on broader business strategy and continuous improvement effortsTravel regularly to job sites to provide real-time assessment, coaching, and executive support What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Project Management, or Engineering) preferredPMP certification strongly preferredMinimum of 15 years of experience in project or field operations, including leadership rolesStrong background in field execution, including safety, quality control, and productivity oversightExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authorityProven success in a client-facing and ownership-level capacity
Pay Range
$150,000 - $200,000
