BS or MS degreeMinimum 1+ years of experience in user experience designExperience in creating User Personas and User JourneysExperience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc)Experience in Prototyping & WireframesExperience in UX/UI/IDExperience Mobile and Web ApplicationsFacilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences w/ analyst & teamAbility to problem solve and think creatively and critically to support content creatorsResearch and design using state-of-the-art design principles, examples, and tools, as neededDemonstrated understanding of fundamentals in visual and graphic disciplines: typography, iconography, composition, color, composition, layout, etc.Material Design / Fluent Design / Flat Design ConceptsExpertise in Adobe Suite & ZeplinAssist as needed with the creation of internal presentations and other rhythm-of-the-business materialsDesign Sprints experience is a plusAdvanced Level English is a plus
