As a Front Desk Associate, you provide initial and lasting impressions for our clients. The ideal candidate is outgoing and enthusiastic and has hospitality and customer service experience. Healthcare experience is not required but is an asset. We’re a fast-moving and innovative team, so adaptability is important, as is a passion for improving the health and wellness of others.
Requirements
Provide exceptional client experience and hospitality via phone and in-person interactionsStrong phone performance. Answer rates, new patient booking rates, scripts, etcWelcome, orient and interact with clientsProblem solve client inquiries using knowledge of Kinetic Labs products and servicesManage appointment scheduling, invoicing, and health insurance submission using cloud-based software (Jane app)Ensure completion of digital checklistsMaintain a clean and organized interior and exterior clinic environmentReport any issues with the physical space of the clinicHandle laundry items and restocking linens in treatment roomsProducts are stocked, organized, and follows brand guidelinesHelp with social media content recordingSuggest improvements and escalate any operational issues to the Clinic Operations LeadEach month, meet with Clinic Operations Lead and the team to discuss operational challenges and solutionsSchedule:
Two weekdays from 3:30/4 - 8pmAlternating Saturday coverage by appointment (up to 7 hour shift) Benefits
