Gather requirements from stakeholders and advise on appropriate technical solutionsPlan out the work required to deliver a project in Tableau, and where necessary, Alteryx.Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau, plus other data preparation and visualisation tools as requiredDeliver knowledge transfer and training to the clientStrengthen our internal consultant network by helping solve challenges that other consultants present to the groupContribute to sales work by spotting opportunities for future work and building, modifying, and presenting demosWork on R&D side projects individually or as part of a team
What we’re looking for in our applicants
Tableau:
Able to work with complex calculations including LODsStrong understanding and ability to work with Table CalculationsAble to create and work with blended data sourcesUnderstanding of dashboard/worksheet actionsAble to act as Site Admin within a major Tableau Server environmentExperience of configuring and using groups, access, scheduling and other common functions within Tableau ServerBack-end Tableau Server knowledge is desirableExperience with Tableau Desktop/Server version 10 is desirableAlteryx:
Able to act as Administrator of an Alteryx Server environmentAble to develop workflows that that utilise API callsAble to develop workflows using predictive tools such as forecasting (ARIMA and ETS)Data science knowledge is desirableSQL:
Able to create and amend tables and views in SQLAble to write SQL queries to extract, join and transform dataFamiliarity with the Cloudera platform is desirable Why Keyrus UK?
