Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Kevin Smith Transportation Group is seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help maintain our company buildings, grounds, and luxury transportation fleet.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized property, and is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance and upkeep tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning and upkeep of company buildings and work areas.Complete basic building maintenance and minor repairs.Maintain grounds, remove litter, and support overall property appearance.Assist with snow and ice removal and salting when needed.Take out trash and recycling.Assist with vehicle cleaning and detailing.Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.Complete other facilities and maintenance tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.Ability to operate company vehicles safely.Ability to safely operate cleaning, maintenance, and groundskeeping equipment.Strong attention to detail and quality standards.Ability to perform physical labor and routine maintenance tasks.Ability to work independently and follow instructions.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to identify and report maintenance, property, vehicle, or equipment issues. Work Schedule & Location:
Hourly, non-exempt positionFull-time and part-time opportunities may be availableSchedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needsAvailability to work Saturdays may be requiredPrimarily on-site positionCompensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay: $16-20 in accordance with applicable pay transparency lawsOvertime eligibility in accordance with federal and state lawBenefits eligibility based on employment statusBenefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement programsEEOC Statement:
