A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.
A full UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays.

Sales or Customer service experience within another sector is ideal.
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:
Call handle Diary Management Arrange and attend viewingsNegotiate offers between buyer and sellerCross-sell other services Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Skills/ Experience:
Previous experience of working within estate agency is preferred but not essentialEnthusiastic and self-motivatedA real 'people person'IT Skills
Previous experience of working within a sales position, either face to face or over the phoneHours:
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30, Every other Saturday 09:00 -16:00 on a rota
28 days holiday including bank holidays
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Salary:
Salary negotiable depending on experience.+ Commission + Pension + Monthly bonuses
