About this role
Lead and execute audits of large international EPC projects, reviewing governance, project controls, cost, schedule, and contract management.Assess project execution risks, identify root causes of delays or overruns, and recommend practical improvements.Partner with project leadership to strengthen decision-making, reduce delivery risk, and improve project outcomes.Engage with senior stakeholders, including Project Directors and Construction Managers, presenting clear business-focused insights.Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven auditing and enhancement of governance and internal control frameworks. Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification is an advantage.7–15 years of experience in EPC or large industrial projects, with expertise in project governance, cost/schedule control, contracts, risk, claims, or construction management.Strong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, CAPEX governance, project controls, and tools such as Primavera or MS Project.Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to challenge senior leaders constructively.High integrity, business acumen, and a hands-on, improvement-driven mindset; comfortable working independently in international, matrix organizations and willing to travel up to 30%.
