About this role
We are looking for a Founders Associate (m/f/x), to work directly with the 2 co-founders. You will get a lot of freedom, which naturally comes with responsibility. You will be in the cockpit of a start-up being built from scratch, helping to execute our vision. Expect to be thrown at problems all over the company: source our next hire, improve our customer pitch, iterate on the deck for the next VC round, model our FX exposure, hop on the phone when a corporate forgets their password, plan our team event.
You completed a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree from a top university in a social science or STEM subjectGenuine interest in entrepreneurship!You are pro-active and ambitious, armed with good communication skills and a passion to change the world!You love solving problems and building things from scratch. Where there is no established way to do something, you find a way. Where there is an established way, you question it – relentlessly. You have a growth-oriented mindset and are open to a transparent culture.You are fluent in English (German would be useful, but absolutely not a must - Kadmos is English-speaking).You have proven your skills in fast-paced and ambiguous environments: Whether you excel at modeling quantitative decisions, are a natural people-person, forget time designing slides, or want to support our engineering process - just show us how you will add to the team!Nice to have: Previous work experience(s) in high-growth venture-backed startup, project management, or consulting.
