About this role
K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly driven Technical Recruiter to join our San Francisco office. As a recruiter with K2 you'll:
Work closely with Account Managers to determine qualified staffing needs
Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates
Effectively recruit IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment
Place high-end technical professionals for all IT positions across multiple client companies
Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis
Serve as the internal expert on your candidate portfolio (daily/weekly reporting)
THE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
Proven success in recruitment (internal or agency), sales, and/or customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb phone presence
Highly motivated nature with an innate sense of urgency and positive can-do attitude
Adept at organization and time management
Ability to think strategically and connect the dots
Background in ERP/ Big Data & Analytics / Cloud / Digital is a plus
