Professional Support Lawyer – Real Estate

An excellent opportunity for an experienced property Lawyer to move into a Professional Support Lawyer role within a leading UK law firm. This is a broad and strategic PSL position, working closely with the wider Real Estate group to support technical excellence and development of the practice, in addition this role has a strong focus on innovation, legal technology and AI.
The role:
Will be to work across property teams including real estate, development and planning and responsibilities will include:
Providing up to date with key practical legal developments.Developing and delivering training to support technical excellenceIdentifying areas of legal, regulatory and commercial risk Working closely with the Innovation and Legal Technology teams to encourage the effective use of AI and other legal technologyActing as a key point of contact for Real Estate-related technology Contributing to tenders and business development What experience is required:
Qualified Solicitor in either real estate, property development or planning at least 5 years post qualification A genuine interest in legal technology, innovation and the developing use of AI Experience of delivering training and/ or coachingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, collaborative approach and ability to build strong internal relationships This would suit a Property Lawyer who is looking to use their legal expertise and develop their career in a broader remit.
