Monday to Friday7am to 7pm or 10am to 7pm The Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our client on a temporary seasonal basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials around the warehouse and yard.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading vehicles.Moving and storing stock and materials around the warehouse/yard.Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.Loading pallets and preparing goods for dispatch.Following all site health & safety procedures.Carrying out basic checks on the FLT and reporting any issues.Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.Supporting the wider warehouse team during the busy seasonal period. Requirements
MUST hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate.Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.Previous warehouse, yard or logistics experience preferred.Must be reliable, punctual and committed to the full temporary assignment.Good understanding of health & safety procedures.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse/yard environment.
