An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a respected litigation team with a strong presence across the north of Scotland.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, with a particular focus on property and contentious private client disputes, while also providing opportunities to work on wider commercial litigation.

Manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputesAdvise clients on property and contentious private client disputesAssist with contract, company and professional negligence disputesWork closely with experienced litigation partnersBuild and maintain client relationships About you
2+ years’ PQE in litigation Excellent communication and drafting skillsOrganised and able to manage competing deadlinesClient-focused and commercially awareEnjoys working as part of a collaborative team The environment
