Recruitment Support Executive
Location: Head Office – Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am to 5.30pm
We are a well-established team of recruitment specialists, connecting talented individuals with leading organisations across the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences sectors. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Support Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
About You:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with a background in administration, customer service, or sales support. You will be confident communicating with candidates and clients, with a professional and friendly approach and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
To succeed in this role, you should:
Have experience in a fast-paced administrative, customer service, or sales support roleBe confident and professional when speaking over the telephonePossess strong organisational and time management skillsBe able to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environmentHave excellent attention to detail and accuracyBe based within a commutable distance of Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Key Responsibilities
Arranging and confirming interviews across both recruitment teamsLiaising with candidates and clients to coordinate availabilityHandling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriatelyChasing CVs and candidate documentationProviding updates to candidates throughout the recruitment processDelivering verbal feedback and rejections as instructed by Recruitment ManagersSupporting with recruitment process updates to candidates as requiredAssisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team
