You will advise clients, families and professionals on a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including:
Property and financial affairsHealth and welfare mattersDeputyship and trustee workSupporting vulnerable adults, children and elderly clientsAdvising under the Mental Capacity ActClient visits at home or in care settings where required About You
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQEExperience in Court of Protection lawStrong private client experience with exposure to Court of Protection matters will also be consideredExcellent client care and communication skills Apply Now
