An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Doncaster.

Whether you are newly qualified and looking to develop your private client experience, or an experienced Solicitor looking for greater responsibility and progression, the role can be tailored around your experience and long term career goals.
You will join a supportive and experienced team, working on a varied caseload of quality private client matters. You will have the opportunity to manage your own clients, build strong relationships and further develop your technical expertise in a friendly and collaborative environment.
The role will involve:
Drafting wills and providing estate planning adviceProbate and estate administrationPreparing and advising on Lasting Powers of AttorneyCourt of Protection mattersTrust creation and administrationManaging your own caseload and developing strong client relationshipsProviding a high level of client care across often complex and sensitive matters About You:
A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private ClientExperience across wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and ideally trusts or Court of ProtectionIdeally 2 to 5 years PQE, although applications from more Senior Solicitors are welcomedSomeone who enjoys working directly with clients and managing their own caseloadA personable and approachable Solicitor with strong attention to detailSomeone looking for a long term opportunity where they can continue to develop and progress This is a genuine opportunity to join a supportive team, work on a broad range of quality Private Client matters and build a long term career within an established South Yorkshire firm.
