Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring scalability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Troubleshoot and debug applications, enhancing performance and user experience.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing best practises in software development. Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Strong communication skills, with a keen ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
