Temporary HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
6-month temporary contract | Immediate start | Hybrid – Teddington
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or HR Business Partner for a six-month temporary assignment. Provide practical HR support to managers, independently manage a varied employee relations caseload and help improve HR guidance and resources across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Advise managers on day-to-day HR and employee relations matters.Manage absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, probation and conduct cases from start to finish.Draft clear case correspondence and provide pragmatic, risk-aware advice.Support improvements to HR policies, processes and knowledge resources. About you
Strong generalist HR experience at HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level.Proven experience independently managing employee relations cases.Confident advising and coaching managers.Clear written communication and strong organisational skills.CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience.
