About this role
An established insurance broker is looking to strengthen its Small Business team with an experienced Commercial Account Handler.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience working with e-trade insurance products.
The role is heavily e-trade and system-driven, giving you responsibility for a high volume of Small Business policies while working closely with clients and insurers.
The role
You'll be responsible for managing existing Small Business policies, ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service. You'll also have the opportunity to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop your insurance knowledge within a supportive and growing team.
Key responsibilities
Managing existing Small Business insurance policiesDealing with clients and insurers on a day-to-day basisAdvising clients on existing insurance productsCompleting premium finance arrangementsIdentifying cross-selling opportunitiesMaintaining accurate and compliant recordsEnsuring FCA and company procedures are followedBuilding strong client relationshipsManaging your own workload and meeting deadlinesTaking part in ongoing training and development About you
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in a commercial insurance broking environmentExperience working with e-trade insurance productsStrong administration skills and excellent attention to detailGood knowledge of FCA complianceStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisation and time managementGood IT skillsActuris experience would be advantageous What's on offer?
