Operations and Insights Partner Up to £450 per day Initially a 9-Month Contract London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
Overview We're looking for an experienced Operations and Insights Partner to join a major retailer to manage project plans and work closely with range planning teams.
Role & Responsibilities Manage project plans and critical paths to keep range change activity on trackCoordinate stakeholders and meetings across multiple business teamsPrepare governance packs, reports and presentations for senior stakeholdersTrack actions, risks and approvals to ensure decisions are followed throughAnalyse data and produce insights to support planning and decision-makingImprove processes through automation and AI tools to reduce manual administration Skills & Experience Experience working in an operations and insights position for a retail organisationProject coordination experience managing plans, timelines and multiple workstreamsStrong stakeholder management with the ability to work across different teamsReporting and data analysis skills using Excel and business reporting toolsGovernance and administration experience preparing meetings, actions and reportsProcess improvement mindset with experience streamlining ways of workingExcellent organisation and communication skills with strong attention to detail Contract Package Up to £450 per dayHybrid working
