Employment Solicitor – Aberdeen
An Aberdeen employment team with a growing reputation is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director level (4+ years' PQE). You'll handle a broad mix of advisory and contentious work for employer clients across multiple sectors.
This role suits someone running their own caseload, leading client relationships and helping to shape a team that is building its presence.

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in employment lawExperience advising employer clients and running Tribunal matters independentlyClear, precise drafting and confident client communicationAble to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervisionCommercially minded, with an interest in winning and developing client work The environment
