We are recruiting a Deputy General Manager to support the day-to-day running of a prestigious residential setting in Stansted. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help lead teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure the smooth operation of a diverse and vibrant site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop teams across multiple departments.Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and guest experience.Support the day-to-day operational management of the site.Assist with recruitment, training, rotas and performance management.Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders.Support the delivery of events, residential programmes, weddings and private functions.Deputise for the General Manager when required.
