About this role
This is a newly created position for an IT Support Analyst to take an instrumental position within a leading Northampton business. This role pays £35,000 + bonus and is 5 days a week full time in the office.
To be considered for this position, you will have solid experience in remote & deskside 1st & 2nd line BAU user IT support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing user support for the standard Microsoft stack. Skills & experience will include:
Windows 11 Azure AD / Entra ID Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams & OneDrive) Setting up laptops, printers, wifi, VoIP and VPN’s CRM support (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics etc)
