Are you looking to take ownership of large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes while leading teams and shaping technical delivery?
Due to continued growth, we're hiring multiple Lead Databricks Architects to join a rapidly expanding Data & AI practice delivering complex transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across a range of industries.
This is a leadership-focused role combining architecture, technical leadership and delivery oversight. You'll work closely with architects, delivery leads and senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, oversee engineering delivery and build modern Databricks-based platforms that enable advanced analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives.
You'll join a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Architects and AI specialists, working on enterprise-scale programmes that utilise the latest technologies across Databricks, Azure and modern Data & AI ecosystems.

You Will Work With
Defining architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-scale Databricks programmesLeading and mentoring teams of Data Engineers and technical specialistsDesigning modern Lakehouse architectures using Databricks and AzureCollaborating with stakeholders to shape solution roadmaps and delivery plansOverseeing engineering delivery, quality standards and technical governanceDriving best practice across data engineering, analytics and AI initiativesSupporting machine learning, GenAI and emerging AI workloadsConducting discovery workshops and architecture reviewsManaging technical risks, dependencies and architectural decisionsSupporting business growth through technical leadership and solution design
