Your New Role: Act as the business partner to functional leads, and Committees, facilitating strategic financial dialogue and alignment. Provide insightful analysis and proactive support to optimise functional performance and efficiency.Support the facilitation of functional Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) focusing on budgeting processes for current and next subsequent two fiscal years (Y0–Y2).Prepare and deliver targeted ad hoc financial analyses to national functions and IFA, supporting informed financial and strategic decisions. Utilise GLOBUS Standard Reporting to enhance functional performance management, including explanation and stakeholder support.Liaise with international functional controlling teams on a frequent basis regarding controlling topics. About You:
Extensive experience of monitoring performance and providing suggestions on how to improve performance Extensive experience in a management accounting or financial planning roleStrong knowledge of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processesStrong working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERPExperience of month-end close and financial controlsStrong interpersonal, analytical and independent working skills Understanding of business partnering and experience of reviewing a business case/project and the governance around themCollaborative team member and working with other functions to improve performance Active participation in cross-department working groupsEvidence of strong business partnering skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsProven track record of problem resolution and process improvementExperience in implementing a strategy to work towards company objectives Desirable:
Conflict management skillsExperience in writing company guidelinesEvidence of strong project management skillsExperience in presenting to different groups of people / chairing meetingsExperience with financial modelling and scenario analysisFamiliarity with IFRS and UK GAAPWorking knowledge of PowerBI/TableauACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience What You’ll get in Return
