Payroll Coordinator
Location: Stirling, ScotlandJob Type: Part-Time, PermanentSalary: £38,000 - £42,000 FTE Reed Accountancy are currently working with a renowned local organisation who are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will join an established, close-knit team and be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end payroll function.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end processing for weekly and monthly payrollsMaintaining and updating employee payroll recordsPerforming payroll reconciliations and verifying dataInvestigating and resolving any discrepanciesProcessing payroll related changes including starters, leavers, and amendmentsCalculating and administering statutory payments and deductionsActing as point of contact for payroll queries from internal stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with HMRC, guidelines, and company policiesProviding support to wider payroll and accounts teams Required Skills & Qualifications:
