Salary: £24,000 basic - £60,000+ OTE (uncapped)
Holiday: 30 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you'll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles.
Key responsibilities:
Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phoneUnderstanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicleOrganising and supervising test drivesPresenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantlyMaintaining accurate customer records using our sales systemFollowing up on leads to build lasting relationships Requirements:
Strong people skills and a professional approachConfident communicating both in person and over the phoneWorks well independently and as part of a close teamIT-literate and comfortable using CRM systemsFull UK driving licence Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
