Position Details:
Schedule: Rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays. Rate of pay: Up to £13.21 per hourShift times: 20:00-07:00 – 40 hours per weekLocation: Clifton, NG11Required: Completed or working towards completion of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Responsibilities
Support the care team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality careContribute to the development and implementation of care plans and involvement, where appropriate, in care reviews. Ensure the safe storage, documentation and administration of medication is carried out in accordance with guidelines and training.Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication management, and nutritionMonitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the care environmentMaintain accurate documentation of care provided This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while working within a supportive team.
