The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a personalised service, developing your client base and contributing to the continued success of the boutique.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Driving sales and achieving individual and store targets.
Developing strong product knowledge across a premium collection.
Identifying opportunities to grow sales through client development and repeat business.
Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and professionalism.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
About You
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in luxury or premium retail. Experience within jewellery, watches or another high-end retail environment would be advantageous.
You will be confident engaging with a diverse clientele, commercially driven and passionate about delivering a service that goes beyond expectations.
