We're partnering with a fast-growing international DTC consumer brand to hire a Social Media & Partnership Manager.
A highly hands-on role owning Instagram as the lead brand channel, alongside influencer, creator, gifting, partnerships and affiliate activity.
The Role Own organic social strategy across Instagram, with LinkedIn as a secondary channelCreate content yourself, including ideation, filming, presenting and editingOwn the content calendar and community managementWork with content and paid teams across Instagram and TikTokManage influencer and creator relationships end-to-endBuild an always-on gifting and seeding programme across outdoor, travel, active and lifestyleLead brand partnerships and collaborationsOwn the Instagram affiliate programme and grow social commerceTrack performance across organic, influencer, partnerships and affiliateStay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for growthOpportunity to travel for shoots as the brand expands internationally About You 3+ years' experience in organic social / social mediaIdeally from a DTC, ecommerce or consumer brandProven experience growing an Instagram communityStrong hands-on content creation skills across filming, presenting and editingExperience with influencers, creators, gifting and/or partnershipsCommercially minded, with evidence of generating measurable reach, engagement and/or revenueCreative, highly organised and comfortable owning a channel end-to-endStrong relationship builder with a genuine understanding of social culture and trends Package Competitive salaryLondon hybrid workingPrivate medicalWellbeing allowance25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with serviceFlexible work-from-anywhere allowanceCycle to Work & Tech Scheme CV + creative portfolio required, including examples of content created and communities grown.
