Employment Solicitor 3+ PQE Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham | One day in office per week
A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its expanding Insurance practice at an exciting period of continued growth in either Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment specialist looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.
With flexible hybrid working, you'll only be required to attend the office one day per week, with the remainder of your time working from home. For those who prefer a greater office presence, this is fully supported but not required.
The Role You will manage a predominantly respondent-based employment caseload, acting for clients on a range of employment matters including unfair dismissals. The team benefits from a consistent flow of quality work, meaning there is no expectation for business development or networking to generate work or clients. Whilst the work is predominantly Respondent applications are welcomed from both Claimant and Respondent Lawyers.
