This is a terrific opportunity to join a central London firm and work alongside a very experienced partner.
The role would be to advise HNW individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal and related matters.
Matters include:
Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold propertyNational commercial leases and renewals Asset management and investmentMortgages and refinancing arrangementsOptions, overage, conditional contracts and TOGCsEasements, covenants, adverse possession and boundary mattersLicencesAuction sales About You:
