About the Role
A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to join its friendly Private Client team.
You will manage a varied caseload covering wills, probate and estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning. You will be confident handling matters independently, including high-value and more complex estates, while providing clear, practical advice and an excellent standard of client care.

Managing a broad caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate and estate administrationAdvising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation and trustsPreparing wills, lasting powers of attorney, deeds of variation, gifts and family arrangementsObtaining grants of probate and dealing with the administration of estatesPreparing estate accounts and associated legal and financial documentationAdvising on the creation and administration of trusts and Deputyship OrdersCorresponding with the Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the Public Guardian, Solicitors and other third parties About You
You will ideally have:
