What will you do as an NPD Manager
Take responsibility for a range of products for one key retailerImplement from concept through to launchManage component MOQs, production and sample lead times, and indicative pricingCoordinate critical paths and timelines, liaising closely with factories.Approve artwork and packagingOversee production schedules, samples and final sign off
What will you need to be an NPD Manager
Experience within beauty, fragrance or wellnessPreviously managing the end-to-end NPD lifecycleKnowledge of allergy testing would be an advantageProficient in SAP & Excel A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the rural locationHappy to be based onsite 5 days a week
