Residential Conveyancing Opportunity
An established law firm in Axminster is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Fee Earner or Property Lawyer to join its residential property team.
This opportunity is open to both qualified and non-qualified conveyancing professionals. Experienced fee earners who are currently working towards a recognised conveyancing qualification are also encouraged to apply, with support available for ongoing professional development.
The Role
You will handle your own residential property caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to exchange, completion and post-completion.
Your caseload will include:
Freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchasesBuy-to-let and investment property transactionsResidential remortgages and refinancingNew-build conveyancingTransfers of equity and changes to property ownershipProbate property salesMatrimonial property transactionsHelp to Buy and Shared Ownership matters You will liaise regularly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers and other legal professionals to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and completed on time.
About You
You will have at least two years' experience in residential conveyancing and be confident managing your own caseload.
