Lead the multidisciplinary teams on non-medical mental capacity issues and best interest decisionsLiaising with external agencies to enable them to fulfill their statutory duties, for example: MAPPA, Local Authority Social Services, Police and ProbationSupporting carers and families of detained patients To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A Social Work qualificationRegistration with Social Work England.Have a good working knowledge of the relevant legislationHave experience of working in a similar environment
