Dartford | £28-35,000 DOE | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Our client, a well-established and highly respected car dealership in the Dartford area, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful and busy team.
With a high-volume sales operation, the dealership requires a proactive and organised individual who can help ensure exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the vehicle sales process. The successful candidate will have a strong background within the motor trade and a thorough understanding of dealership sales administration procedures.
The Role
Working closely with a high-performing sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of vehicle sales from order to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Bringing vehicles into stockPreparing and processing deal packsConducting vehicle history checksTaxing vehiclesRaising invoices accurately and efficientlyFunding used vehicle stockMaintaining accurate records and documentationSupporting the sales team with all aspects of vehicle sales administration About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator within a main dealer or motor trade environmentExperience with systems such as Drive, Dealerweb or iStore would be a real advantageA thorough understanding of dealership sales administration processesExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA professional, reliable, and positive attitudeThe ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer?
