Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Doncaster or one of the firm’s Lincolnshire offices Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: 09:00 to 17:15, Monday to Friday
A well-established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing property team.
This is a great opportunity for a residential property professional looking for a role where you can manage your own caseload, work directly with clients and become part of a supportive and established team.
The Role
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesRemortgages and transfers of equityDealing with lenders, estate agents and other third partiesReviewing contracts, leases and title documentationManaging files and ensuring transactions progress efficientlyProviding clear and practical advice to clientsBuilding strong relationships with clients and other professionalsSupporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
At least 5 years PQE or equivalent experience in residential propertyStrong experience handling a residential conveyancing caseloadGood knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactionsExcellent client care and communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervisionA good working knowledge of IT and legal case management systems What's on Offer?
