What you’ll be doing:
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervisionHandling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more where requiredSupporting senior colleagues on more complex matters when requiredProviding clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationshipsWorking closely with colleagues across the wider property teamContributing to business development and networking activities as your experience grows
