Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative
Location: Milton Keynes (MK19 7BH) Pay Rate: £22.50 per hour Contract: Short term assignment (Approx. 6 Weeks) with Potential Extension or Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team at their prestigious site based at MK19
Working across several buildings on site, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and engineering tasks, ensuring facilities remain safe, operational and compliant. A strong plumbing background is essential, particularly in supporting leak investigations and heating-related issues, alongside a broad maintenance skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks and minor repair worksSupport heating system maintenance and fault findingCarry out general building maintenance and mechanical repairsUndertake basic electrical maintenance tasks where requiredRespond to reactive maintenance requests across the siteAssist with porterage duties and movement of equipment as neededEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site proceduresProvide a professional and customer-focused service at all times About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
