About this role
Elevation Recruitment Group has a really exciting opportunity with a building products manufacturer in West Yorkshire to recruit a Production Supervisor as they continue on an large scale development project! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, keeping production on track and getting stuck in when needed.
You’ll make sure the shift has the people, training and resources to meet its targets, while keeping a close eye on safety, quality and downtime.

Organising people and resources to meet production requirementsLeading shift meetings and making sure handovers are clearTracking production and downtime data, with accurate reportingTraining operators and ensuring the team follows manufacturing and quality proceduresCarrying out safety and compliance checks and escalating any concernsWorking with Engineering and the Production Manager to solve problems and improve performanceProviding practical support on the machinery when required We’re keen to speak with Production Supervisors with the following skills & experience:
