Salary - £22,000 - £25,000 + Com OTE £40,000 - £45,000
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 2pm
Driver & own car required
Our client, an award-winning independent estate agency based in Uxbridge, is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business and maximising every opportunity. You will build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, provide excellent customer service and contribute to the continued success of the branch.
The Role
Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties.Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service.Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion.Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout.Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing.Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth.Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression. Essential Skills:
Experience in residential estate agencyExcellent sales abilityThoroughly professional approach to the roleHigh level of customer service skillsGood telephone manner and positive attitudeWell, presented, ambitious and self-motivatedDriver & full UK licence
