The Role
As part of the Finance Department, you will provide essential sales ledger support, ensuring customer accounts are accurately maintained and queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and maintaining sales ledger transactionsBanking cash and cheque receiptsPosting debit and credit card paymentsAllocating and posting BACS receiptsRaising customer credit notesScanning and maintaining supporting documentationManaging customer account queries via telephone and emailProcessing customer card paymentsSupporting internal colleagues with account and reporting queriesProcessing credits and rechargesAssisting colleagues across the finance function during busy periods and holiday coverMaintaining accurate records and following company procedures About You
Previous experience in Sales Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Finance Assistant or Credit Control rolesStrong numerical and data-entry accuracyExcellent attention to detailConfident communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholdersGood organisational and time-management skillsProficient IT skills with experience of finance systems and Microsoft OfficeA proactive and dependable team player What's on Offer
