What You'll Be Doing
Leading and inspiring teams across multiple recruitment specialisms within the Maidstone office.Coaching, developing and motivating recruiters and managers to achieve and exceed performance targets.Driving business development activity and strengthening key client relationships across the region.Identifying opportunities for growth across new and existing markets.Creating a high-performance culture focused on quality, service, and results.Supporting recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent development across your teams.Collaborating with specialist and regional leaders to maximise opportunities and market coverage.Using market insight and commercial awareness to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
