I'm working with a rapidly growing organisation that is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join them ASAP on a temporary basis.

This is a hands-on recruitment role supporting high-volume hiring of Support Workers. You'll be responsible for:
Screening and qualifying candidates
Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
Right to Work and compliance checks
Supporting assessment days and recruitment events
Working closely with hiring managers
Playing a key part in hiring decisions
A major focus will be supporting upcoming assessment centres, with 30-40 candidates needing to be screened ahead of recruitment events next week.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and happy to roll their sleeves up in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring would be highly beneficial.
