Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Birmingham
A leading specialist law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (5+ years PQE or equivalent) to join its established and supportive team.
You will independently manage a varied clinical negligence caseload, taking responsibility for case progression, litigation, negotiation and settlement. You will also support junior colleagues, contribute to team performance and work closely with senior lawyers on case strategy and technical issues.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing an individual clinical negligence caseload proactively and commerciallyDrafting legal documentation, including Letters of Claim and instructions to expertsNegotiating settlements and progressing claims through litigation where requiredAdvising and supporting junior team membersWorking collaboratively to meet client, financial and performance objectivesMaintaining high standards of client care, time recording and case management What's on offer?
