Looking for your next opportunity in education? We're working with welcoming schools across Didcot that are looking for caring, enthusiastic and committed support staff to join their teams.
As an SEN TA, you'll help children build confidence, develop essential skills and overcome barriers to learning. From one-to-one support to small-group activities, you'll make a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural challenges.

We welcome candidates with experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within a specialist SEN setting.
Experience supporting KS1 or KS2 pupils is beneficial, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued. If you're looking to develop your skills and build a career in education, this could be the perfect opportunity.
As an SEN TA, you'll need to be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with full-time and part-time positions available.
