Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are currently seeking Call Centre Officers to join teams, supporting a client.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for members of the public, handling a wide variety of enquiries across multiple service areas. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Duties Include:
Answering incoming calls from members of the public
Providing information and directing enquiries to the correct departments
Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Managing a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently
About You
Previous call centre, contact centre or customer service experienceExcellent telephone communication skillsStrong IT and data entry abilitiesAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureConfident dealing with a variety of customer enquiriesAvailable to start at short notice What We Offer
