In this role, you'll be responsible for building, evaluating and improving AI systems across LLMs, agentic workflows and vision models. You'll develop benchmarks and evaluation frameworks, fine-tune foundation models, build custom AI models and create automated feedback loops to continuously improve performance. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver robust AI solutions that solve real-world compliance challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience within AI research or AI engineering, including hands-on work with LLMs, model fine-tuning and agentic systems. Experience with computer vision, model evaluation frameworks and MLOps practices would be highly beneficial. Build, evaluate and optimise LLM, agentic AI and computer vision systemsFine-tune and train custom AI models for specialist compliance applicationsDevelop benchmarks, back testing frameworks and evaluation pipelinesImplement continuous improvement loops using human feedback and model iterationWork closely with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-driven features The Person:
